Upper thigh lift
Benefits of the treatment
- Firmer legs
- Improved silhouette
- Counteract skin irritation
The sagging of the upper thigh skin occours with aging or with a major weight loss. Often the inner part of the thigh is affected. The resulting large skin folds not only interfere with the body’s silhouette and may cause skin irritation through the thighs rubbing against one another. With an upper thigh lift we can solve that problem and help you achieve a better sense of self-esteem.
What happens during an upper thigh lift surgery?
If there is considerable sagging, the skin can be tightened. The excess sagging skin and fat deposits, particularly on the inner part of the upper thigh, are removed. This requires a cut in the groin area, depending on whether the inner part of the thigh is to be operated on. With an upper thigh lift, the original contours of the upper thigh are restored

What do I need to be aware of after the procedure?
After the operation, the patient receives a special compression garment, which should be worn for six weeks. In order to achieve optimal results, physical rest is required for four weeks. After this time, light physical activity can be resumed. In order to prevent jeopardising the incision sites, sports should be avoided for at least six weeks.
